Located adjacent to Mount Prospect’s downtown Metra Station, this new and improved mind and body fitness studio embodies the calming Grecian architectural elements such as curved walls and vertical fluting at the reception desk. The space is designed to host one-on-one training sessions as well as small group fitness classes.
