  • Our journey begins by collecting and organizing your project priorities while researching building codes and zoning ordinances. For Additions and Remodels, our survey team scans your existing space and creates a 3D model in preparation for the Architectural Design phase. We assist in outlining your project priorities and programming needs through our Architectural Project Guideline.

Document

  • Construction Documents are required for bid estimates, securing project funding, and building permitting. During this phase, we engineer Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Structural systems while creating detailed drawings based on your Fixture, Finish & System selections. Our Construction Documents include in-depth information about the materials and systems specifically designed for your project.

  • Permit requirements vary per municipality and based on project type. During this phase, we finalize the Construction Documents, collect all subcontractor registrations, and prepare the necessary forms, worksheets, calculations, and applications required for building department review. We securely host all your project-related documents in a convenient and easy-to-access Client Portal.
